Cuppa Coffee:

Waking Up to Your Favorite Cuppa Coffee:

Most of us love it. Many of us don’t really like it or we find its taste too different for our own liking, but somehow, we all seem to have tried it once or eventually call for it in times of need. Waking up to its tantalizing brewing smell kind of stirs feel-happy hormones, waking you up gently and tickling your nostrils. It is warm on a cold morning, it is mysteriously black, and it can be served in a variety of ways.A universal favorite and one of the most consumed beverages (comes second only to water) on the planet, coffee has been with us since time immemorial.

Is Your Coffee Really “Alive”?

As the strong aromas brew out of the coffee pot, so do questions. Over the years medical science has questioned the efficacy and instilled fears about the negative effects of coffee. But the fact is that controversy over coffee is, in my humble opinion, only a matter or our modern society, because we now consume it differently than our ancestors used to. We’ve introduced our own tasteless chemicals to the processing of coffee so much so that we’ve modified the quality of coffee. No wonder that now, our favorite beverage is at risk of harming us.
The fact remains that we could explore and exploit these fine seeds at a much larger scale. We should consider replacing quantity with quality. We can do that by respecting the laws of fine consumption, and keep our coffees fresh. That, of course, would imply that the roasted coffee beans should be consumed as soon as they are roasted, but in this consumerism based economy, it is unlikely that we will do so. And so, we are largely left with stale coffee that is damaging to our health.

Seek the “Real” Coffee Experience:

The problem with the fact that we’re drinking “dead” coffee is that the equipment needed for fresh coffee is much more expensive than what our coffee shops, pubs, restaurants are using. It is not profitable to invest in expensive gear, so to speak, in a world where profit seems to be the only God.
We need to explore and share cheaper alternatives because the feeling of “lively” coffee is so good in comparison to the chemically altered coffee. Such coffee can make a great difference in our lives. It will increase the pleasure that we get from sipping our warm brews. It will intensify the buzz in our brains, and spark the feeling of freshness. In fact, think about sipping liquid, positive energy. It is quite comparable with a mystical experience, I’d say.
